Caroline Guinn

A native of Louisiana, Caroline’s architectural roots began in the south where architecture is deeply intertwined with the vibrant culture that accompanies this area. Through completing the majority of her architectural studies in New Orleans, Caroline has developed a strong passion for architectural history, preservation, and attention to detail. She believes that it is the composition of the architectural details that come together to create a rich, unique whole. Her design aesthetic puts a heavy emphasis on materiality and its innovative use in the design process. Here at Neo, Caroline’s keen attention to detail is employed through the residential projects she works on.
